We’ve made the application process as simple as possible for you, fully online and submitted by secure upload via our website, www.LifeInsuranceForNomads.com. You need to confirm your identity and personal details (obviously), the policy options you have selected (i.e. how much insurance coverage you want), and your payment details. It shouldn’t take more than five minutes, maximum.

The first part is the online quotation tool - use that to select the options you want (be sure to click "calculate" every time you change something), then click the "Get Covered" button. You'll then receive an automated email confirming the options you've selected, with a link to click which takes you onto our online application form to enter the rest of your personal details and payment information.

Once your application is received, if there is anything we need to check or confirm with you, we will contact you by email, phone, or video call, either immediately if one of our applications staff is available, or at a convenient time for you.

Assuming everything is completed perfectly, your insurance policy will be issued (“live”) within 24 hours, and you will receive your certificate of insurance directly from the underwriting insurance company (Regency) to the email address you provided in the application form. Please make sure to double check the details given, mistakes are very rare but they can happen, and of course it’s a lot easier for everyone if we make sure that it’s perfectly set up at the start.

When your insurance policy is activated, you can then nominate beneficiaries and submit any special instructions you have - this is optional, but recommended. If you are single and don’t have children, this is usually very simple – fill in a short form, sign it (digitally, although you can print/sign/scan if you like), and return it by email. If you have children, and/or are a couple wanting to “link” your insurance policies, your instructions may need to be more detailed and/or cover a wider range of potential circumstances. This is best done in the form of a letter from you to the insurance company, and if you need help with this, just ask us for help. It’s very important, particularly when children are involved, so it’s worth spending the time considering what you would want to happen in any potential circumstances which could arise if you (or both of you, if you’re a couple) were to unexpectedly die young, and make sure your instructions are perfectly clear to the insurance company.

Please remember that we are here to help – before, during, and after the application process – don’t be shy to contact us with any questions or requests for help. We’ve made the process as easy and automated as possible for those who want to get their life insurance policy setup with minimum fuss, and of course we have our team of human beings – fellow nomads – ready and waiting to assist you ?
