No, not all of us have financial qualifications – some of us are specialists at customer service, IT, marketing, website development, and other skillsets. However, many of us do – our team includes people with years of experience working at a variety of banks, insurance companies, wealth management companies, fund managers, big-4 auditors and financial consultancies, in positions ranging from graduate entry level through to departmental heads, country managers, and directors.
Between us, in our pre-nomad lives, we have accumulated a nice certificate collection of various financial qualifications from multiple countries, covering investment management, financial planning, pensions, and of course insurance, as well as university degrees and so on. So we’re quite sure we know what we’re talking about when it comes to assessing financial products – and we promote the same products that we purchase for ourselves.
